Maida Vada - Ingredients:

Maida flour  2 cups
Asafoetida powder   1 pinch
Ginger sliced   2 tsp
Curry leaves chopped finely 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Maida Vada - Directions:
  1. Mix the maida flour with asafoetida powder and salt.

  2. Add the cut ginger and curry leaves to the flour and mix well.

  3. Add water to make dough.

  4. Heat Oil in a kadai and take parts of the dough and put it into oil as we do for bhaji.

  5. Serve hot with tea.
