Maize vada - Ingredients:

Fresh maize  3 cups
onion chopped finely  1 
Green chilli chopped  5
Garlic pod chopped  4
mint leaves  cup,
Salt to taste
oil to fry
coriander leaves a few
Maize vada - Directions:
  1. Grind maize coarsely(wet grinder).No need of adding water.

  2. Add chopped chilli,salt,onion bits ,chopped mint leaves,crushed garlic & coriander leaves.Mix thoroughly.

  3. Heat oil,make vadas with the maize dough&deep fry them to golden crispy brown.

  4. Serve with coconut chutney
