Malabar Chicken Curry - Ingredients:

Chicken Wash & cut into pieces  2 Lbs. 
Onions chopped 2
Carrot cut into thin strips 1  
Baby potatoes 7 
Fresh green peas 1/4 cup 
Grated ginger 1 inch piece 
Garlic chopped 4 cloves  
Green chilies- 3 
Coconut milk 1 1/2 cups 
Cinnamon 1 piece 
Bay leaves 2 
Cloves 2 
Black peppercorns 1 tsp 
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp 
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp 
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp 
Curry leaves  3-4 sprigs 
Oil as required
Salt to taste 
Malabar Chicken Curry - Directions:
  1. Grind the ginger, peppercorns, turmeric powder, onions and

  2. green chilies to make a coarse paste.

  3. Wash the potatoes. Add salt and turmeric powder & boil them with skin.

  4. Then peel of the skin and cut into halves.

  5. Heat oil in a large pan and add mustard seeds. When it

  6. pops add cinnamon, bay leaves & cloves. When it turns brown add garlic and curry leaves.

  7. After a few

  8. seconds add the onion, ginger and chili paste. Fry for a

  9. couple of minutes.

  10. Then add the chicken pieces and fry. Add potatoes, carrots,

  11. garam masala and salt.

  12. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Then pour the

  13. coconut milk and add the green peas.

  14. Cover and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.

that's a nice turn for chicken curry!!!!! I mean it I'm gonna try it tis week I love chicken curry since I found the recipe at http://recipebuddys.com/free-recipes/chicken-curry-55 and decided to make it!!!

I think I'll be loving this recipe as well thanks so much for sharing!
