MANGO CHUTNEY - Ingredients:

4 mangoes
200g Sugar
1 tbsp fenugreek (methi) powder (roasted dry and ground)
1tbsp dry red chilli powder (roasted dry and ground)
3 cups Water

MANGO CHUTNEY - Directions:
  1. Peel the mango, cut into small pieces.

  2. Boil with salt and water.

  3. Add sugar and stir nicely.

  4. Keep aside ande when cooled add fenugreek and chilli powder.
