Mango Coconut Chutney - Ingredients:

sour mango pieces 1/3-1/2 cup 
grated coconut 1 cup 
red chillies 4-6 
asafoetida a small piece 
salt to taste
Mango Coconut Chutney - Directions:
  1. Heat one tsp of oil, fry asafoetida in it and remove.

  2. In the same oil, roast the chillies.

  3. Grind them with coconut and mango pieces to a smooth paste.

  4. Add salt to taste and mix.
