Mango Curry (I) - Ingredients:

Raw mango 1 
Turmeric Powder  1 pinch 
Chilly Powder1 tsp 
Fenugreek  1 pinch 
Asafoetida  1 pinch 
oil  1 tbsp 
Salt to taste  
Mango Curry (I) - Directions:
  1. Cut the mango into small pieces. Mix turmeric powder and salt and keep aside for 1 hour. Fry and grind Asafoetida.

  2. Heat gingelly oil, add chilly powder, Asafoetida, fenugreek and mix with the mango pieces.
