Mango Lassi - Ingredients:

Curd (Dahi, plain non-fat Yogurt) 1 cup 
peeled and chopped Ripe Mango (Aam) 1 cup 
Sugar (Cheeni) to taste 
Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder, optional) 1/4th tsp 
Few Ice-cubes 
Mango Lassi - Directions:
  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth in a blender.

  2. Strain through a sieve, pushing as much liquid as possible.

  3. Pour in glasses and serve.
