Mango Poha - Ingredients:

Juice mangoes 4 
large Coconut 1 
Jaggery powder to taste
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp 
Beaten rice (Aval, Poha) of medium thickness 1 cup 
Mango Poha - Directions:
  1. Squeeze the juice from rasthal mangoes and strain through a soup strainer to remove the fibres (Do not add water).

  2. Extract 1-11/2 cups milk from coconut.

  3. Dissolve jaggery in it.

  4. Add the mango juice and cardamom powder.

  5. Just before serving, soak beaten rice in water for 2 minutes.

  6. Squeeze gently and add to the rasayan.

  7. Mix and serve immediately.
