Masala Bread - Ingredients:

grated coconut 6 tsp.
pottu kadalai 2 tsp.
coriander seeds 1  tsp.
poppy seeds 1 Tbsp.
red chillies 4
ghee for frying
turmeric lime-sized
coriander leaves 2 Tbsp.
onion chopped 1/2
cloves garlic 3
salt to taste
white bread 6 slices
Masala Bread - Directions:
  1. Grind first 10 ingredients into a fine paste, adding very little water.

  2. Smear on both sides of the bread slices. Shallow fry in a little ghee until brown.

  3. Serve with coconut chutney.
