Masala Capsicum - Ingredients:

capsicums 3 
cooking oil  3 tbsp
thick tamarind juice 2 tbsp
red Chilli powder 1 tsp
dhania powder 3 tsp
coconut powder 2 tbsp
jeera 1/2 tsp 
haldi a pinch 
Hing a pinch 
salt to taste

Masala Capsicum - Directions:
  1. Cut capsicum into medium-size pieces.

  2. Put oil in the cooking kadai.

  3. After heating the oil add jeera,hing & then add the capsicum pieces.

  4. Let it cook for 10-15 minutes without lid.

  5. Meanwhile, prepare the mixture.

  6. Take tamarind juice and add mirchi powder, haldi, dhania powder, dry coconut,

  7. Required amount of salt and mix well all the ingredients.

  8. Add this mixture into the capsicum and and allow it to cook for 3-5 minutes.

  9. Now, Masala Capsicum is ready to serve with hot rice.
