Mayonnaise - Ingredients:

eggs 2 
salad oil 1 cup 
mustard 1 1/2 tbsp 
vinegar 1 tbsp 
sugar 2 tbsp 
pepper 1 tsp 
Mayonnaise - Directions:
  1. Blend the eggs in a blender and add the salad oil very slowly, pouring in a thin line.

  2. Add the other ingredients and keep blending.

  3. This will give you mayonnaise which is slightly sweet.

  4. Mash 4 - 5 cloves garlic and add it to the other ingredients if you want a slight garlic flavour.
