Milk poli - Ingredients: 

rava 1 cup  
maida 1 cup 
sugar1/2 cup 
cardamom crushed 1 tsp
kesari powder a pinch
milk 1/2 litre
Milk poli - Directions:
  1. Make dough with rava and maida . Make pooris out of this batter in oil.

  2. Boil milik. After it cools add sugar,cardomam, kesari powder. Keep it aside.

  3. soak poori in milk for a while and remove and keep in another plate and serve.
