Rice flour (Chawal ka atta) 2 cup
Water 4 cup
Coconut 2 cup grated
Sugar 1 cup
Almonds (Badam) 1 tbsp
Cashewnuts 1 tbsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Khoya 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tsp
Modak - Directions:
Boil the water along with the oil and then take it off.
Add the flour and knead it well, mix the coconut, dry fruits and sugar.
Stir them on fire, then add milk and khoya and cook till it is very well done.
Make small holes in the dough and place small amount of the filling inside and seal well.
Shape it like garlic, steam for 10 minutes, take it off, cool and store in airtight containers.
