Moong Daal Kheer - Ingredients:

Moong Dhall 1 cup 
Milk 3 cup 
Water 2 cups 
Jaggery 1/2 cup 
Sugar 2 tsp
Cardamon 2 
Cashews 2-3 tsp
Ghee 2 tsp
Moong Daal Kheer - Directions:
  1. Roast moong dhall with ghee. Boil this with water, till the

  2. moong dhall gets cooked.

  3. Add jaggery and sugar to the above and let it cook for

  4. till the jaggery melts.

  5. Now add milk and let it cook untill everything mixes well.

  6. Fry cashews in little ghee and add this to the boiling

  7. payasam.

  8. Pound cardamoms and add this to the Kheer.
