Mulagu(Chili) Bajji - Ingredients:

Italian peppers(bajji mulaku) 10 nos
Gram flour 1 cup
Soda powder apinch
Asafoetida 1 tsp
Chili powder 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Mulagu(Chili) Bajji - Directions:
  1. Cut Italian peppers and make a lenghtwise(Dont remove its stem).Remove seeds inside it.

  2. Mix gram flour with the remaining ingredients with water to make a dough.

  3. Remember not to make as watery.

  4. Heat oil in kadai.

  5. Dip Italian peppers in this prepared gram flour and deep fry in oil.
