Muringa Illa (Drumstick leaves) Thoren - Ingredients:

Drumstick leaves 3 cups
chopped Buttom onion 1 cup
Coconut grated 1/2 cup
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Mustard 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves a few
Oil 2 tsp
urad dal 1 tsp
water as required 
Salt to taste.
Green chilli 5
Muringa Illa (Drumstick leaves) Thoren - Directions:
  1. Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves.Add urad dal and saut them.

  2. Add chopped onion with green chilies diced.

  3. When onions are sauted well, add the leaves and mix everything with some salt and turmeric powder.

  4. Cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Now, add coconut to the mixture, mix well and close and cook for another 3 minutes.

  6. Serve hot with rice.
