Mushroom matar - Ingredients:

mushroom 1 cup 
peas  1/2  cup
onions medium sized finely chopped 2 
tomato puree  3 tsp
cinnamon 1 inch 
cardamom  2 
ginger(finely graded) 1 inch
garlic flakes 5-6 
salt to taste 
dhania powder 1 tsp 
turmeric  powder  a pinch
chilliepowder 1-2 tsp water if required 
oil 4-5 tsp 
 
Mushroom matar - Directions:
  1. Clean and cut the mushrooms

  2. Heat oil in a pan.add cinnamon and cardamom.

  3. Add ginger and garlic.Fry it for a 30 sec .Add onions fry them untill they are done. Add salt as required.

  4. Add the tomato puree. Fry it untill it leaves oil at the edges .

  5. Add chilli , dhcoriander ,turmeric powder. Fry it for 2 minutes.

  6. Add mushrooms and matar(peas frozen). Fry them for 5-10 minutes.

  7. Add 1/2 cup water and boil it for 2 minutes.

  8. serve hot with chapathi or roti.
