Mutton Buffarth - Ingredients:

Leg of  mutton 1 
Potato 3
Carrot 3
Raddish 4 small
Ginger 1 inch piece
red chilies 6
Cloves 2
Onion 4
Rice 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Garlic 4 pods
Cinnamon 1 stick
Vinegar 2 tsp
Salt to taste 
dalda 4 tbsp
Mutton Buffarth - Directions:
  1. Clean mutton.Peel and cut potato,carrot,raddish and two onion.

  2. Slice remaining onion and grind with rice,turmeric,garlic,ginger and chili to form paste.

  3. Simmer meat and vegetables with 3 cups of water until tender.

  4. Remove meat pieces from gravy and fry till brown in dalda.Remove meat.

  5. In the remaining dalda fry sliced onion, add masala paste and fry well.

  6. Add gravy and salt and bring to boil and pour over fried meat and vegetable.
