Mutton Lecopu - Ingredients:

Ingredients
	Boneless mutton  400 gms
	Coconut Oil  3 tbs
	Dried Mint flakes  1 tbs
	Lemon Juice  2 tbs
	Ginger Garlic Paste  2 tbs
	Red Chilli Paste  1 tbs
	Olive Oil  2 tbs
	Red Chillies  6 nos
	Tomato Paste  2 tbs
	Garam Masala  1 tsp
	Cloves  2 nos
	Cardamom  2 nos
	Cinnamon  1 inch stick
	Fresh Coriander Leaves
	Fresh Curry Leaves
	Salt as required
Mutton Lecopu - Directions:
  1. Cut mutton into small pieces and clean them.

  2. Step 1: Marination

  3. Marinate the mutton with the following for about 1 hour

  4. Coconut Oil

  5. Dried Mint flakes

  6. Lemon Juice

  7. Ginger Garlic Paste

  8. Red Chilli Paste

  9. Garam Masala

  10. Salt

  11. Step 2: Cooking Method

  12. 1) Cook the marinated mutton with two glasses of water, in a closed lid pan, until the meat is cooked, soft and tender.

  13. 2) Take a seperate pan, and heat olive oil in it

  14. 3) Put curry leaves, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick and stir

  15. 4) Add onions and red chillies

  16. 5) Keep frying until the onions are golden brown

  17. 6) Add Tomato paste and stir

  18. 7) After few minutes add the cooked mutton

  19. 8) Add salt as required

  20. 9) Cook for 10 more minutes

  21. 10) Add fresh coriander leaves and remove from heat

  22. Your Mutton Lecopu is ready!!!
