Mysore Bhajji - Ingredients:

Maida 250 gm 
Sour curd 100 gm 
Dalda 50 gm 
Fresh coconut (cut into small pieces)50 gm 
Ginger (chopped) 10 gm 
Green chillies,  10  pieces
Cooking soda 2 gm 
curry leaves a few
Jeera 5 gm 
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp 
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
Mysore Bhajji - Directions:
  1. Take a big bowl and add cooking soda and dalda. Mix well.

  2. Now add curd and beat together.

  3. Mix maida, coconut, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, jeera, salt and asafoetida with it.

  4. Make small balls from this mixture.

  5. Now fry them in medium hot oil.

  6. serve it hot with chutneys.
