Urad dhal 1/4 cup
Bengal gram 1/4 cup
Green gram 1/4 cup
Ginger-green-chili paste 2 tsp
Thur dhal 1/4 cup
Chopped Coriander a few
Curry leaves a few
Cashew nut 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Mysore Vadai - Directions:
Soak all the dhals in water for 1-2 hours.
Grind dhals coarsely. Then add cashew nut pieces, cilantro, curry leaves, ginger-garlic-chili paste to the
ground dhal and mix well. Make small balls out of it and press it in hand applying oil on palms.
Deep fry this in hot oil till golden brown .
Serve hot with chutney.
