Naarthangai dry pickle - Ingredients:

Narathangaai   10 (big) 
Salt 10 tsp

Naarthangai dry pickle - Directions:
  1. spirally start cutting as a slice at one pole and continue along until it reaches the other pole.

  2. Then stuff them uniformly with 10 tsp salt.

  3. Keep it for one week stirring daily.

  4. Then dry it in hot sun.
