Mutton 1/2 kg
Green Chillies 4
Garlic 2 pods
Khus khus 10 gms
Curd 1/2 cup
Coconut 1/4 cup
Red chilli 2
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic small pice chopped
Garam masala 1 tsp
Coriander leaves a few
Salt to taste
Nilgiri Mutton Kurma - Directions:
Clean and cut mutton to small pieces.
Marinate mutton pieces in curd for half an hour.
Grind onion,Green chilli,coriander leaves,ginger,garlic,khus khus, coconut,red chilli and coriander powder.
Slice remaining onion.
Heat oil and fry onion and fround masal.
Add mutton,curd, salt and cook until meat is tender.
Add garam masala powder and remove from fire and serve.
