Rice flour 5 cups
Coconut grated 1 cup
Green Chili 30
Groundnut 1 1/4 cup
Kadala(channa) 1 1/4 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves 1 few
Curry leaves a few
Salt to taste.
Nipotu - Directions:
Grind coconut grated with chili and salt.
Sift rice flour.
Roast groundnut and remove skin.Powder it.
Cut curry leaves and coriander leaves finely.
Mix it to flour adding little water to make soft dough.
Make into small balls and deep fry.
When cooled store in air tight tins.
