Oats Chapati - Ingredients:

whole wheat flour 40gms
Oats Grounded 10 gms
Water  as required
Salt to taste
Oats Chapati - Directions:
  1. Mix both the flours with salt and water and knead the flours to make a dough.

  2. Allow the dough to stand covered for some time.

  3. Divide the dough into lemon sized balls. On a lightly floured surface, flatten one ball of dough with your hand.

  4. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a thin, round patty, about 5 inches in diameter.

  5. Smear little amount of ghee on chapati tawa. Keep it on the flame.

  6. Moderately roast both the sides of chapati on tawa.
