Okra curry(vendaika/Bindi curry) - Ingredients:

Bindhi sliced lengthwise or chopped into small pieces 400
gms.
onions 2 
ginger paste 2 tsp. 
turmeric(haldi) powder 1 tsp. 
chilli powder 1 tsp. 
cumin powder 1 tsp. 
coriander powder 1 tsp. 
salt or to taste
large tomato 1 
Refined oil 2 tbsp. 

Okra curry(vendaika/Bindi curry) - Directions:
  1. Heat oil in a pan .

  2. Saute the onions, ginger together with cumin and coriander powders and tomato for some time in low heat.

  3. Add okra, turmeric and chilli powders and salt and cook on medium low heat for half an hour.
