Okra vathal - Ingredients:

Okra   1kg  
salt  1tsp , 
sour curd   1/2 cup 



Okra vathal - Directions:
  1. wash okra , drain and cut into cubical pieces

  2. Spread it on a large plate and leave it until all the water is evaporated .

  3. Soak it in sour curd and add salt. Leave it for 1/2 hour .

  4. Dry this in hot sun for two days.

  5. Store in air tight containers.

  6. Fry in little oil for serving
