yogurt/curds 1 cup
Coriander leaves a few
small onion, chopped fine 1
small cucumber, grated 1
small tomato, chopped fine 1
oil 1 tsp.
mustard seeds 1 tsp.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Onion, Tomato & Cucumber Raita - Directions:
Mix the yogurt/curds, onions and tomatoes, cilantro/coriander leaves, cucumber, salt and pepper.
Fry the mustard seeds in oil and add to the mixture. Serve.
