Big Onion chopped thin 4
Green Chilly chopped 6
Curry Leaves a few
Asafoetida Powder 1/2 tsp
Chilly Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Gram Flour 100 gms
Oil for frying
Onion Vada - Directions:
Saute onion, green chilly and curry leaves in 1 tbsp hot oil.
Mix the gram flour with chilly powder, salt, asafoetida powder and water.
Add the onion mixture to the dough and mix well.
Make the dough into vada shapes and fry in hot oil and serve.
