Cucumber 1 small
Raw banana 1
Drumstick 1
Brinjal 1
Button Onion 4
Mustard 1 tsp
oil 1 tbsp
Curry leaves a few.
Salt to taste
tamaring size of lemon
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
turmeric a pinch.
Coconut grated 1/2 cup
water 1 cup
Pacha Theeyal - Directions:
Cook the vegetable in 1/2 cup water with salt.
Grind Coconut with chilli,turmeric poder to fine paste .
When the vegetables is cooked add the grinded coconut to it.
cook it so that it will become thick
Add tamarind extract and boil for 2 minutes.
Season mustard with curry leaves,onion chopped.
Add this to prepared curry.
Serve hot with rice.
