Pakka Vada - Ingredients:

Bengal gram flour 3 cups
Rice flour roasted 1 cup
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Asafoetida powder 1 pinch
Ghee 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Pakka Vada - Directions:
  1. Mix rice and gram flour with chilli powder, asafoetida powder and salt.

  2. Add the ghee and mix well. Mix finely to made smooth dough.

  3. Press it through the ribbon mould of a seva press into hot oil and fry it till golden brown.
