Pal(milk ) payasam - Ingredients:

Milk 3 litres 
Sugar 700 gm 
Dried red rice 180 gm 
Almonds and Cashewnuts 3 - 4 
Pal(milk ) payasam - Directions:
  1. Boil the milk and condense it.

  2. Add sugar and keep stirring it.

  3. When it boils again, put the washed rice in it,lower the flame .

  4. Simmer it till the rice is cooked.

  5. Garnish with finely chopped almonds and cashewnuts
