Pappada(Appalam) Vada - Ingredients:

Pappadam(Appalam)  12 nos.
Rice flour  1 cup
seasame seed 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder  1 pinch
Chilli powder  1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Pappada(Appalam) Vada - Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients except pappadam and make batter little watery.

  2. Heat oil in kadai.

  3. Dip the pappadam in batter and put it in the hot oil.

  4. When it turn into golden brown and crips remove and store. Serve .
