Pappada Vada - Ingredients:

Big Pappad 15
Raw rice 1/2 kg
Red chilly 10
Sesame seeds 1 tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Gram flour 200 gms
Salt to taste
Pappada Vada - Directions:
  1. Grind rice to fine flour and then grind chilly together with thi.

  2. Mix gram flour,jeera,sesame seeds & salt to the grinded flour.

  3. Head a oil in deep vessel and dip each pappad in the flour and fry in hot oil.

  4. Serve as tea time snack.
