Pappaya Curry - Ingredients:

Pappaya peeled and chopped 2 cup
Thick tamarind juice 1 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Red chillies 10
Fenugreek 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaves a few
Pappaya Curry - Directions:
  1. Fry Pappaya in oil till soft remove and keep aside.

  2. Roast red chilli in little oil and grind. Add tamarind juice to it.

  3. Heat oil add mustard and curry leaves and add tamarind-chilli juice to it and boil.

  4. Add fried pappaya.

  5. Roast and powder fenugreek and add this also.

  6. A little sugar can also be added before serving.
