Pasanda - Ingredients:

Mutton 1/2 kg
Onion 1/2 kg
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Tumeric powder 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
Curd 1 tbsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Coconut grated 1 tsp
Mint leaves a few
Boiled gram 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pasanda - Directions:
  1. Cut meat to thin slices, smear with ginger and keep aside for an hour.

  2. Slice onion and fry in ghee. until light brown

  3. Add garlic paste and fry for some more time.

  4. Add coriander powder,turmeric powder,chili powder and fry.

  5. Addd meat and fry till it evaporates.

  6. Add curd, boiled gram,garam masala,coconut and salt.

  7. When cooked remove from fire and add mint leaves.

  8. Serve hot with rice.
