Peas (boiled) 500 gm
Paneer(finely chopped) 250 gm
Ginger 1
Green chilly 2
Coriander leaves (finely chopped) To sprinkle
Oil 1 tbsp.
Mustard seeds (small) tsp
Salt To taste
Red Chilly powder 1tsp.
Garam masala 1 tsp.
Peas Paneer Dosa - Directions:
Heat oil in a kadahi.
Add kari patta mustard seeds, green chilly and ginger. Add peas and paneer.
Put salt, red chilly powder & garam masala powder. Finely add chopped coriander.
Mixed it well. Heat dosa tava and spread the paste over it. Make the dosa thin& Crisp by using ghee or butter then turn it and spread peas and paneer masala in the middle fold it in the desire shape and serve hot with Sambar and Chutney.
