Cauliflower 2
Small onions 200 gms
Garlic 10 flakes
Curry leaves a few
Salt to taste
Ghee 2 tbsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Red chillies 3
Jeera 1 tsp

Pepper cauli flower Fry - Directions:
Grind Pepper ,Red chillies ,Small onions to fine paste.
Cut cauliflower into big flowerettes. Heat ghee in a pan. Season with aniseeds and mustard seeds. Add peeled cut small onions and garlic with curry leaves and fry till brown.
Add cut cauliflower with little water, close with a lid keep in a low flame, till cauliflower is cooked and the water is absorbed completely. Mix ground paste, with little ghee, and salt to it.
Fry in a low flame constantly till the ground mixture coats the cauliflower and the ghee is separated.
