Small onion 4
Oil 4 tsp
Cumin seed 2 tsp
Garlic 10 pods
Vinegar 1.5 cup
Curry leaves a few
Salt to taste
Turmeric 1 tsp
Pickled Prawn Curry - Directions:
Clean prawns.Marinate with turmeric and salt and fry till golden brown.
Add a little vinegar to keep the prawn tender.
Grind cumin seed,garlic and chilli.
Heat oil and fry onions.
Add curry leaves and fry till onions are golden brown.Keep aside
Fry the ground paste.Pour Vinegar add fried onions and curry leaves,Prawns and salt to taste.
Cover and simmer till gravy is dries and becomes thick.
Remove from fire.
store in jars when cooled.
