Poha Dosa - Ingredients:

Raw Rice 2 cup
Urad dal 1/2 cup
Fenugreek 2 tsp
turmeric a pinch
Aval(Poha) 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Poha Dosa - Directions:
  1. Soak Raw Rice ,urad dal and enugreek in water fpr 4 hours.

  2. Add turmeric and aval and grind to the consistency of dosa batter.

  3. Keep it overnight to ferment.

  4. Add salt and Prepare hot dosa.

  5. Serve with chutneys
