Potato Halwa - Ingredients:

Potatoes (Large) 3 
Sugar 1 cup 
ghee  cup  
Dry nuts for garnishing 
Potato Halwa - Directions:
  1. Boil potatoes, peel and mash them.

  2. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add mashed potatoes gradually.

  3. Continue stirring it at medium high heat.

  4. When potatoes start to change color into golden, add sugar and mix.

  5. Allow sugar to incorporate completely while stirring.

  6. Remove from heat and add dry nuts. Serve Warm.
