Potato Kabab - Ingredients:

Potatoes, boiled & mashed 500 gms
Bread slices, soaked in water & squeezed dry  2
powdered Cumin seeds  1 tsp.
Bread crumbs  2 cups
Oil for frying 
Salt to taste 
red chili to taste

For Filling :

medium sized Onions  2
Mint leaves  1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 tsp.
chopped Green chilies  2
A handful of chopped Coriander leaves 
Garam Masala  1/4 tsp.
Salt to taste 
red chili to taste



Potato Kabab - Directions:
  1. Mix the potatoes with the bread and seasonings and knead to a smooth mixture.

  2. Grind all the filling ingredients together in a mixer without adding water.

  3. Take a little potato mixture and flatten it on your palm.

  4. Then put some filling in the center and form into a roll.

  5. Roll this long potato kabab in bread crumbs and deep fry to a golden brown colour. Drain and serve hot.
