Potato 1/4 kg
gram flour 6 tbsp
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Ginger 1 piece.
Green Chili 6
Curry leaves a few
Coriander leaves a few
Asafoetida a pinch
Salt to taste
Potato Vada - Directions:
Boil , peel and mash potato.
Add gram and rice flour.
Chop ginger, curry leaves, coriander and asafoetida to small pieces.Add salt .Mix with potato.
Make small round and fry until they are crisp
