Prawn Curry - Ingredients:

Shelled Prawns 400 gms
Onions 400 gms
TOmatoes 3
Jeera 1 tbsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
Red Chillies 6
Green Chillies 2
Ginger 1 `` piece
Garlic 6 pods
Sugar 1 tsp(Optional)
Coriander Leaves a few
Vinegar 1 tsp
Prawn Curry - Directions:
  1. Grind chillies,garlic,ginger and jeera with vinegar.

  2. Heat oil and and saute onions.

  3. Add masala and fry.

  4. Add prawns,Tomatoes coriander leaves and salt.

  5. Simmer till cooked.

  6. Add sugar.

  7. Serve hot.
