Prawn Pulav - Ingredients:

Rice 2 Cups 
Prawn 250 gms
Cinnamon  2 Pieces 
Onion  chopped 2 
Jeera  1 tbsp
Red Chillies 6 
Cloves 4 
Garlic 6 Pods 
Oil for frying 	  
Salt to taste
Prawn Pulav - Directions:
  1. Grind onion, jeera, red chillies, and garlic with salt.

  2. Paste it on prawns and keep aside. Fry cinnamon and cloves in oil.

  3. Add sliced onions and fry till golden brown.

  4. Add rice and continue frying for another few minutes.

  5. Add 4 cups of boiling water and salt and fully cook.

  6. Shallow fry the prawn without allowing them to become crisp. Spread the prawns with masala on top of rice.

  7. Mix well and serve with onion curd salad.
