Prawn Pullao - Ingredients:

Shelled prawn 1 cup
Rice 2 cups
Tomatos 5
Green chiilies 6
Oil 3 tbsp
Ginger 1 ``piece.
Garlic 1
Onions 2
Patta 2 pieces
Coriander leaves a few
Cloves 2 pieces.
Cardamom 2
Salt to taste
Prawn Pullao - Directions:
  1. Heat oil and fry cinnamon andd chopped onions.

  2. Add ground ginger,garlic and fry .

  3. Add ground green chillies and chopped coriander leaves with prawn and chopped tomatos and cook until dry..

  4. Then add rice,salt,water and cook till done.
