Prawn 500 gms.
Cococnut scraped cup
Button Onion cup
Ginger crushed a small piece.
Dal tsp
Oil as required
Green Chilli 4 nos
Curry leaves a few
Coriander leaves a few
Salt to taste.
Prawn Vada - Directions:
Wash and clean prawn in a vessel.
Mix coconut,onion,ginger ,dal, chilli, curry leaves with salt.
Add this to prawn and grind it.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Take a spoon full of grinded prawn and deep fry it on both sides.
Serve hot decorated with coriander leaves.
