Pudina Aaloo - Ingredients:

baby potatoes (boiled) 250gm 
leaves of pudina 10 
dhaniya leaf 1/2 cup
clove 2 
dalchini  1 
choti elaichi 2 
amchoor 1 tbsp 
whole dhaniya 2 tbsp 
whole red chilli 1 
chat masala 1 tsp 
garlic 2 or 3 clove 
ginger 1" 
 salt to taste
water 1/4 cup 
2 tbsp oil
Pudina Aaloo - Directions:
  1. Put all the ingredients (accept salt,water,oil)into a grinder and grind them in a fine paste

  2. Heat oil in a pan

  3. Put all the masala into it and add boiled potatoes. Mix all together

  4. Add salt

  5. Put water in it

  6. Mix it well and coverit with lid for 5 min.

  7. Garnish it with dhaniya patta and lemon rings and serve.
