Pumpkin Pickle - Ingredients:

pumpkin 1/2 kg 
mustard powder 4 tsps )
Turmeric (Haldi) 1 tsp
ground fenugreek seeds 2 tsp
Red chili pepper 2 tsp
Mustard Oil  1 cup 
Salt to taste 
Pumpkin Pickle - Directions:
  1. Cut the pumpkin with skin into long slices.

  2. Put in hot water for 10 minutes.

  3. Put in a strainer to drain the water and cool.

  4. Mix all the ingredients with oil and rub on the pumpkin pieces.

  5. Put in a clean jar and leave in a warm place for 3 days and shake it once daily until tender.
