Ragi Idiappam - Ingredients:

Ragi Powder 2 cups
Rice Flour  1/4 cups
Water 2 cups
Salt to taste
Oil   2 tbsp
Ragi Idiappam - Directions:
  1. Boil the second ingredients.

  2. Add the flours to this and mix thoroughly without forming lumps.

  3. Use 'Sevanazhi' (Sev press) to sqeeze the dough to make Idiappam.

  4. Cook on steam until done.
